Product QuestionsAnswered by Jim, the Water Pump Expert
HI. Will the PC2 pump a 80 gal hot water tank or should it be cold. Thanks Fran.

Answer
The PC2 will handle a max intermittent water temperature of 110 degrees (F), however colder is better on the pump. By using hot or warmer water on the pump, the seals and the impeller would be compromised and will cause the unit to fail.
