Q: Hi Jim, I like the Subaru RPX-65011 to help with my backyard flooding. Is there an on/off float device that would work well with this pump?

A: You could incorporate either a Superior Pump Wide Angle Tether Float Switch w/ Piggyback Plug, model 92005 or a StormPro Vertical Float Switch, model SP20A201 from our SumpPumpsDirect.com website, however, please note that these switches will not turn the pumps on until the water level is well over the top of the pump, roughly 6"- 8". Another option might be one of our Honda submersible pumps that can be found HERE
