This Red Lion pump is a good deep well pump.

At 1/2HP it can move up to 12 gallons per minute. The built in check valve will prevent back flow and maintain pressure.

The thermoplastic housing prevents corrosion and is where we have seen the deep well market moving. This pump is 2 wire so it has the components built into the motor, which can make troubleshooting a broken pump a little more tricky, but is considered easier to install.

Overall this pump get the job done well.

Lawn is 60' above lake. Pump is working fine, delivering a little more gpm than I expected. Have been able to increase the # of sprinklers per zone, and eliminate at least 1 zone (still working on the sprinkler installation)
